Directions

 

Here are specific directions to the parking lot entrance of the Wells Fargo Center (and to our office):

Our offices are located in Suite 4200 of the South Tower in the Wells Fargo Center on Grand Ave. in the Bunker Hill area of downtown Los Angeles.  We are a block from the Walt Disney Concert Hall and just south of The Broad Museum.  The street entrance is at 333 Grand Avenue; however, our parking is located under the building and is only accessible from Hope Street.  The entry is not well marked, but it does say it is the parking for the “333 Grand” building.  Directions below are directions into our underground parking.

 

Directions from the South or the West
1. Take the 110 North towards downtown LA.
2. After the 10 freeway, go to the collector lanes (right 2 lanes) on the 110N. (Or, if coming from the 10 Freeway, you will automatically be in the              collector lanes).
3. Exit at 4th Street. This will put you on 4th Street heading east.
4. Immediately move over 3 lanes to the far right lane. You'll need to do this very quickly.
5. Take the right-hand ramp up the hill to Hope Street.
6. At the top of the ramp is a traffic light, at Hope Street. Turn left on Hope Street.
7. The Wells Fargo Center is immediately on the right. Pull into the parking in the building. (Sign says “Parking for 333/355 South Grand.”)
8. In the parking garage, make a left after you enter and go to valet parking. After valet parking, go to the elevators for the 333 South Grand building.
9. Take the elevators to the lobby, check in at security, and come up to Lamb & Kawakami LLP on the 42nd floor.

 

Directions from the North or East
1. Get to the 110 South in downtown LA.
2. Exit at 4th Street East (the 2nd lane from the right). This will put you on 4th Street heading east.
3. Move over to the far right lane. You'll need to do this fairly quickly.
4. Take the right-hand ramp up the hill to Hope Street.
5. At the top of the ramp is a traffic light, at Hope Street. Turn left on Hope Street.
6. The Wells Fargo Center is immediately on the right. Pull into the parking in the building. (Sign says “Parking for 333/355 South Grand.”)
7. In the parking garage, make a left after you enter and go to valet parking. After valet parking, go to the elevators for the 333 South Grand building.
8. Take the elevators to the lobby, check in at security, and come up to Lamb & Kawakami LLP on the 42nd floor.
